1. EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES & DISCLAIMER

This application is designed as a study aid to help you prepare for the British Columbia motorcycle knowledge test.

Amnaya Nexus is an independent developer and is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Insurance Corporation of British Columbia (ICBC) or the Government of British Columbia.
While we strive for accuracy, the questions and scenarios provided do not guarantee that you will pass the official ICBC road test or knowledge test. You are responsible for consulting the official "Learn to Ride Smart" manual for authoritative information.

2. FREE USAGE & ADVERTISEMENTS

This app is currently provided free of charge. To support development, the app displays third-party advertisements and requires users to watch sponsored video ads to unlock certain premium test modules.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content within the app, including UI design, mock questions, and formatting, is the property of Amnaya Nexus. You may not extract, copy, or redistribute this content without permission.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Amnaya Nexus shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, this app, including but not limited to failing a driving examination.

5. MODIFICATIONS TO THE APP

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the app at any time without notice. We may also introduce premium paid features in future updates.
